Langley Equine Studies also offers rental of its facilities, centrally located on a 20 acre property in the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington, approximately 25 miles north of I-90 from Moses Lake and five miles east of the city of Soap Lake.

The north end arena is 100′ x 200′, and the new south end arena is 160′ x 160′. There is a 3 stall enclosed barn with wash rack, tack rooms and treatment station. Outside pens include 6 run-out pens with 3 sided shelters. There are also 3 very large dry lot pens on the north end of the property.
